From Story to Screen: The Journey of ANONYMOUS: The Irony of Being Seen
Every story has its own journey.
ANONYMOUS: The Irony of Being Seen began as a short satirical story published in a daily newspaper. Later, it became part of one of my collections of aphorisms and satirical stories.
But the story refused to stay the same.
I expanded it into a novella, exploring questions of identity, public perception, invisibility, and the strange paradox of wanting to disappear in a world where everyone longs to be seen.
Eventually, the story evolved once again—this time into a screenplay. Although each version tells the same core story, every format has revealed new layers, new emotions, and new ways of looking at the same idea.
For Me, ANONYMOUS is more than a single book. It is an ongoing creative journey that has moved from newspaper pages to fiction and into the world of cinema.
Thank you to everyone who has read the book, shared their thoughts, or simply been curious enough to follow its path. Every reader becomes part of the story's journey.
